If you receive an error message when trying to vote online, please make sure that you have completed the required fields correctly, for example only include your postcode in the postcode field. If you're still having problems with the online vote, email ThePeoples.Projects@tnlcommunityfund.org.uk with as many details about the issue as possible.

Yes, you can vote for a nominated project based anywhere in the UK subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Robust processes are in place to ensure the vote is fair and accurate. Voting is monitored and verified by an independent adjudicator, Civica Election Services.

Voting opens for all projects at 9am on Monday 15 May 2023 and closes at midday on Friday 26 May 2023.

We encourage everyone in the UK to take part. However, please make sure that you have read and complied with the Terms and Conditions and the information outlined about voting age, which states that those under the age of 13 should obtain parent or guardian consent before voting.

Email verification
If the vote confirmation email didn't reach you, please search your inbox, spam and junk folders for "The People's Projects". There may be a delay in receiving emails with some service providers, such as Hotmail and Yahoo.
SMS mobile verification
You should receive your SMS mobile verification code within one minute. If the SMS is undelivered after one minute, you will need to click on "resend code". If the SMS is still undelivered after one minute, you will need to click on "switch to email vote" and enter a valid email address to verify by email and an email will be sent to you.
If you have still not received an email after two minutes please add no-reply@emails.thepeoplesprojects.org.uk to your address book or safe-sender list – we will be sending another confirmation email to unconfirmed email voters towards the end of the voting period. -
To vote you must have a valid email address or mobile phone number and you will need to provide a UK postcode as part of your vote. If you choose to verify your vote via a mobile phone number, only UK mobile numbers will be accepted.

For projects based in an ITV region, winners will be announced on Thursday 1 June 2023 on their 6pm regional ITV news broadcast. Winners will also be listed on this website the following morning.
For projects based in Scotland, winners will be announced on Sunday 4 June 2023 in the Sunday Mail weekly newspaper. Winners will also be listed on this website the following morning. -
